IMPORTANT
The hiring manager is open to candidates with sales-related experience in any industry, as long as they possess a good understanding of how events, exhibitions, or conferences are organized and operated. Experience in IT software is not required.

Job Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that add value and foster loyalty.
• Gain in-depth understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to prospective clients. ( Training will be provided)
• Manage the end-to-end sales process — from initial engagement to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer information. Provide regular updates on progress and sales performance.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Research industry segments like event organizers, corporates, associations, or agencies

Job Requirements
• Proven sales experience with a strong record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• Background in events, conferences, or exhibitions is an added advantage.
• Proficient in email, Zoom/Google Meet, and office tools
• Fluent in English both written & spoken
