Job Overview:
- Answer calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Respond to customers on timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
- Strive to achieve key performance indicators.

Job Requirements:
*If you possesses strong sense of responsibility and customer-oriented.
*Minimum 1 year of customer service / call centre experience.
*Proficient in spoken and written English is MUST.
*Willing to work on rotational shifts and weekends (5 working days/week).
*Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage (with language allowance) – to support Mandarin speaking customers.
