Key Responsibilities

-Perform monthly accounting close activities, including posting journal entries and preparing financial reports.

-Handle accounting for revenue, manufacturing costs, distribution costs, inventory, and other related accounts.

-Perform balance sheet reconciliations and prepare supporting schedules for reporting and disclosure.

-Coordinate with finance, business, and operations teams to process transactions and review master data, including product standard costing.

-Support special projects such as system transitions, process improvements, and ad-hoc finance initiatives.

-Identify root causes of discrepancies and drive continuous process improvements.

-Work independently and ensure timely completion of deliverables with minimal supervision.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

-Professional qualification such as ACCA / CPA or equivalent.

-Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in audit and/or accounting roles.

-Experience in a multinational environment with SAP knowledge is an added advantage.

-Strong understanding of accounting principles; US GAAP knowledge is a plus.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.

-Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Korean) will be an advantage
