The Sales & Marketing Executive will help grow the business and manage client relationships. This role focuses on identifying new clients, presenting advertising solutions, and supporting marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients interested in advertising opportunities.
- Plan sales activities, secure appointments, and forecast sales.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide client insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and manage advertising campaigns.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- Experience in sales and marketing strategy development.
- Prior experience in a marketing or advertising agency (events, digital, outdoor, PR) is a plus.
