✨ What you'll be doing
-Proactively engage customers with warmth & professionalism, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
-Achieve sales targets through consultative selling (no hard selling)
-Delivering outstanding customer service to build strong relationships and drive repeat business
-Maintaining excellent product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends
-Assisting with stock management, visual merchandising, and other store operations as required

✅ What we're looking for
-Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the health, wellness, or beauty industry
-A Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Biomedical Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, or a related field is a plus.
-A strong interest in health and wellness, with enthusiasm to learn and grow in the industry; candidates with the right attitude and passion are encouraged to apply
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a confident, self-motivated mindset and the ability to perform well independently and within a team environment
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
