What you'll be doing

To develop and manage marketing campaigns for AEON's credit card schemes, driving customer usage and engagement through innovative promotions and strategic initiatives.

Design, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns for AEON credit card schemes.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences related to credit card usage.

Monitor campaign performance, analysing key metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.

Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders.

Manage budget allocation for campaigns, ensuring optimal use of resources.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure AEON’s campaigns remain competitive.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders

Creative and innovative mindset to develop effective marketing strategies

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
