Job Responsibilities
-Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize in the creation of high-quality visual assets on a wide range of materials that include of shopping mall advertisement, web pages, presentations, signage, internal communications, press advertisements, shopping guides, brochures, signages, banners, posters, mall directories, flyers, newsletters, banners, and social media graphics and marketing materials.
-Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the mall and the company.
-Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
-Support the development of design elements for marketing & communication materials, and presentations.
-Contribute to the maintenance of a consistent visual identity across various projects.
-Continuous improvement in developing high quality creative materials in order to uplift the Mall brand.
-Develop concepts and lead creative development for visual execution for mall / tenant’s collaboration sales & marketing campaign materials.
-In charge of communicating with printers / suppliers for visual / materials printing.
-Perform and execute any other duties assigned by your superior that deemed appropriate to the role.

Preferred skills and qualifications
-Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Graphic Arts and Design / Visual Communication / Multimedia / Advertising or any related fields.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) (Premiere Pro / After Effects - optional.) / Photo, video editing software.
-At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the graphic design / shopping mall / advertising industry or any related field.
-Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
-Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
-Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset. Independent, confident, proactive, able to work with minimum supervision.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Copywriting experience is an advantage.
