Monitoring stock level.

Planning for the incoming and issuing PO for raw materials & packaging material on site

Liaise with the supplier to ensure the delivery and spec follow as requested.

In charge of the Sst registration vendor and maintaining monthly customs reports.

Arrange and liaise with the logistic teams regarding the collection of the raw/packing materials.

Involvement with monthly stock checks.

Maintaining the purchasing records

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.

Responsible for any other duties and ad-hoc as assigned by immediate superior.



Qualification: Education/Experience:

· The candidate must possess at least a Diploma.

· Between 1-3 years of working experience, especially in the manufacturing environment.

· Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply. Training provided.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

· Good computer skill especially with Microsoft Office i.e Word, Excel, Powerpoint
