What You’ll Be Responsible For
-Support Sales & Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing operations to achieve sales targets.
-Develop integrated sales and marketing plans, including A&P budget allocation and cost control.
-Monitor marketing ROI and ensure expenses remain within approved budget limits.
-Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies to support competitive strategies.
-Coordinate with creative agencies on campaign development and production of marketing collaterals.
-Manage project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and sales events with external vendors and organisers.
-Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and prepare marketing and sales reports.
-Source and manage event organisers; oversee event execution and logistics.
-Source and manage suppliers to ensure timely, cost-efficient production of marketing materials.
-Monitor authority submissions and keep all administrative documentation in the proper system.
-Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing and ad-hoc assignments by superiors.

What We’re Looking For
-Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
-Minimum of 5 years working experience in property sales and marketing, preferably within the property development industry.
-Strong result-oriented mindset with high enthusiasm, initiative, and critical thinking abilities.
-Possess strong critical thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative and unconventional solutions.
-Energetic team player with a willingness to learn and support team members.
-Strong documentation skills with high accuracy and effective administrative capability.
