What You’ll Be Responsible For
-Develop visual concepts and graphic designs for property products (residential and commercial/retail), social media content and corporate branding.
-Create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, social posts, and digital ads.
-Support corporate and property branding initiatives, including logo refinement and visual identity updates.
-Provide visual guidance for photos, videos, and social content (no heavy shooting required).
-Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure designs align with campaign objectives.
-Maintain consistent design and branding across all platforms and materials.

What We’re Looking For
-Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or related fields.
-1 - 5 years of experience in design (agency/property/lifestyle background is a bonus).
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (photo and video editing is an advantage).
-Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout design, and digital creatives.
-Creative thinking, a good eye for visuals, and strong attention to detail.
-Familiarity with Canva, other graphic editing apps and basic motion graphics.
-Interest in photography and videography with editing skills.
-Awareness of current design and social media trends.
