Process Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To perform batch instructions including dispensing of materials, operation of process equipment, physical testing, product inspection and packaging of product / intermediates for subsequent procedures of various products and general support of the manufacturing operation.

2. To assist in efforts to meet the daily production output and quality in line with production scheduling and agreed supply plan.

3. To assist Process Line Leader or Process Section Leader in KPI reporting.

4. To strictly observe and comply with cGMP and quality standards.

5. To operate and clean the manufacturing machines / equipment.

6. To highlight to superior if process equipment malfunctioned/breaks down during operation, and to assist in troubleshooting activity if required.

7. To practice and maintain high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping.

8. To observe and practice 5S in the respective area.

9. To assist with operation setup and clearance of production lines.

10. To ensure all work is performed and documented in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Batch Manufacturing Records.

11. Inform superior immediately if detect any abnormity and deviation that can cause impact to the identity, quality, purity and efficacy of product.

12. To train up Process Assistant II pertaining to the work process flow in area of work.

13. To perform any other jobs as assigned to you by your superior from time to time.



Minimum Requirements:

1. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia with minimum 2 years working experience in pharmaceutical/ engineering related areas.

2. Certificate/ Diploma holder in engineering or related discipline.

3. Ability to read and write in English and Malay Language.

4. Computer literate - Microsoft Word and Excel.
