Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales: Actively manage sales activities to meet and exceed branch revenue and Dealer Targets. Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to maximize sales.

Sales Team Development: Develop, guide, and monitor the sales team to help them sell effectively and achieve individual and branch targets.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Principals, and contractors to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.

Promotions & Marketing: Work with the Marketing team to execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive brand visibility

Operational Support: Ensure showroom and demo vehicles are well-maintained and stock receiving/delivery processes comply with SOPs.

Revenue & Cash Management: Monitor timely collection of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.

Policy Compliance: Enforce adherence to sales policies, SOPs, and safety regulations to minimize errors and improve efficiency.

Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Dealer & Principal Performance: Work closely with Principals to ensure Dealer Targets are met and brand performance is optimized.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years as an Automotive Sales Manager or 5 years in automotive sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a team environment and lead a sales-focused branch.

Attention to detail and commitment to operational SOP compliance.
