The Market Access personnel is responsible to support the development and execution of the optimal price and access strategies for the business.

-Supports the Market Access Lead to develop and execute price and access strategies.

-Coordinate with a third party to execute and monitor patient access program,

-Manage pricing process and monitor price governance in the cluster. Assist the development and execution of optimal price and access strategies.

-Analyze healthcare market trends, health economics outcomes, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decisions.

-Contribute to the development of partnerships with selected healthcare system stakeholders in Malaysia.

-Support the demonstration of improved outcomes for patients and the healthcare system with company products and solutions to generate advocacy, support patient access and market development.

-Support aligned and compliant Market Access activities and processes (including pricing and launch timing databases).

-Several years-experience in pharma or fresh graduate (with health economics or HTA or relevant field in market access)

-Proven track record of success in managing stakeholders and developing and implementing access strategies

-Proven ability to establish strong influential relationships with key stakeholders/government officials.

-Analytical and learning agility are advantageous

-Consultative and negotiation skills

-Fluent in English.

-Good interpersonal, time-management, written and oral communication skills.

-Bachelor’s degree and/or post-graduate qualification in a science-related field (e.g. pharmacy, epidemiology, health economics or economics, public health, biostatistics).
