What you'll be doing
-Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate records
-Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents
-Coordinating and processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing
-Collaborating with the operations team to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services
-Maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and -professional manner
-Assisting with the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
-Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
-Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the organization
