🔍 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, reconciliation, month-end & year-end closing)
-Prepare and analyze financial reports: P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
-Track & process project/sub-sale commissions, booking fees, and collections
-Oversee payroll, claims, and all statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, HRDF)
-Monitor branch spending vs. budget and provide cost control advice
-Ensure accurate & timely to manage SST submissions and implement compliance with LHDN E-Invoice
-Manage SST submissions and implement compliance with LHDN E-Invoice
-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on audit & tax matters
-Supervise junior accounts/admin team and ensure internal SOP compliance
-Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support management decisions
-Support operational functions on an ad-hoc basis as required during peak periods, events, and special projects

🎓 JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (real estate or project-based preferred)
-Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and LHDN E-Invoice
-Skilled in Microsoft Excel & accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, etc.)
-Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
-High integrity, accuracy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Able to work independently and report directly to top management
