What you'll be doing
-Performing general accounting duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
-Prepare sales invoice based on approved quotation from sales team.
-Prepare credit note or debit note to customers, when required.
-Perform daily sales and collection report
-Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
-Preparing and analysing monthly statements
-Ensure proper filing and documentation of billing and collection related matters.
-Providing administrative support to the accounting department as needed

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk or fresh
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
-Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Familiarity with the Accounting industry and relevant regulations
