What You’ll Do

Develop and demonstrate pastry decoration techniques for customers and internal teams.

Create visually appealing pastry designs that highlight creativity and quality.

Support product application trials and provide technical guidance on pastry art and decoration.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver presentations and training sessions.

Develop and innovate pastry applications using DPO’s product range, including dairy powders, fats, sweeteners, plant-based ingredients, fillings, flavors, and bakery improvers.

Maintain a structured library of recipes, formulations, application notes, and technical documentation.

Stay updated on pastry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance product offerings.

Ensure all formulations comply with food safety standards, halal requirements, and relevant regulations.

Perform any other duties and ad hoc tasks as required by superior and management.


Who We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Pastry Arts, Baking & Pastry, Culinary Arts, Gourmet Arts, Food Science, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Well-versed in English (speaking and writing).

Willingness to travel regionally and take on new challenges with flexibility.
