Business Development Manager – Local & International Sales
Location: Desa Cemerlang JB
Industry : Premium Wood Composite Materials
Basic salary : RM5,500 – RM7,000/month
Probation Period: 6 months

Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: Standby basis (depending on appointments or events)

Key Responsibilities :-
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
• Promote brand awareness and increase company visibility in target industries.
• Set and implement achievable business development goals and strategies.
• Present company products (GAEA) to architects, developers, and interior designers for inclusion in project specifications.
• Recommend tailored product solutions that align with specific project requirements.
• Ensure company products are specified in relevant project documentation and tenders.
• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, customer outreach efforts, and promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests, including preparation of product samples, catalogs, and quotations.

Job Requirements:-
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and • Mandarin (to communicate effectively with both local and international clients).
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and committed to continuous professional growth.
