About your role
As a Trade Activation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brands to life at the point of purchase. Your mission is to design and execute impactful trade activation strategies that engage shoppers, drive conversion, and strengthen our presence across retail channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and retail partners to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.

What You'll Do

Goods Stock Return (ETRA) Submission

Assist in preparing and submitting ETRA documents for stock returns, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

OOS Photo Compiling for 99 Speedmart

Collect and organize Out-of-Stock (OOS) photos from field teams for reporting and analysis.

Trade Spend and Documentation Support

Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to compile, validate, and file trade spend documents (promotion agreements, invoices, POP).

Daily Sales Report Update

Update and maintain daily sales performance reports to support decision-making and track progress against targets.



Requirements
Education
Undergraduate student in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines

Internship required as part of academic programme or strong interest in commercial roles


Skills & Attributes

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy

Comfortable working with Excel / spreadsheets

Organised, systematic, and able to handle repetitive admin work

Good communication skills and willingness to follow up

Positive learning attitude and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
