Process payments to contractors, suppliers, staff claims, and site office utilities promptly according to the monthly schedule.

Verify invoices and investigate vendor discrepancies

Maintain accounts payable daily and monthly report.

Assisting bank matters such as to apply bankers cheque, staff account opening, bank guarantee application, etc

Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.



Job Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.

Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and computerized accounting systems.

Able to read and type Mandarin language will be given higher priority as need to handle China system & documentation

Fresh graduates are welcomed

Candidate able to start in Feb will be extra advantage
