Key Responsibilities:
-Handle email correspondence with customers regarding delivery matters.
-Coordinate and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival at customer plants.
-Issue picking lists to the Warehouse Team.
-Issue job files to the Documentation Team.
-Issue ITRL (Internal Transport Request Letter) to the Transport Team.
-Track and update shipment movements (inbound/outbound) until completion.
-Maintain accurate process flow records and registration numbers in the monitoring system and physical logbook.
-Ensure all consignments are delivered in line with customer expectations.
-Prepare and send daily and monthly delivery reports via email.
-Check inventory stock in the system and share updates with the Warehouse Operations team.
-Compile and submit all relevant monthly reports (e.g., Delivery Reports, KPIs, etc.).
-Practice Good Documentation Practices (GDP) consistently.
-Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management as needed.

Job Requirements
-Minimum education: Primary/Secondary School or equivalent (O-Level).
-At least 1 year of relevant work experience in logistics, coordination, or warehouse administration.
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are preferred.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
