Responsibilities:
-Receive booking requests and instructions from customers, and arrange bookings with liners and co-loaders.
-Verify Booking Confirmation Forms received from liners and co-loaders.
-Prepare and forward Booking Confirmations to customers.
-Create, update, and maintain accurate job files.
-Receive, verify, and ensure accuracy of Pre-Alert and shipping documents from customers.
-Update customers on ETA status and provide delivery status on the day of delivery.
-Request Notice of Arrival (NOA) and invoices from liners and co-loaders.
-Prepare payments to liners and co-loaders.
-Coordinate vanning schedules and haulier arrangements.
-Ensure timely and accurate E-Manifest submissions and corrections.
-Ensure job files are submitted to EDI for customs clearance.
-Provide delivery advice and necessary shipment updates to customers.
-Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications Required:
-Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification.
-1–3 years of working experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
-Computer literate with proficiency in basic office software.
-Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
