Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth & Revenue Achievement
o Conduct presentations, sales calls, and product/ service explanations.
o Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings or sales.
o Present relevant packages, memberships, and solutions to customers (B2B/ B2C).
o Meet assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly) and contribute to team goals.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
o Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, wellness, medical tourism, and partnerships.
o Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, strategic outreach, and partnerships.
o Conduct business assessments to understand client needs and develop customized program solutions, packages, or service bundles.
o Contribute to product/ service development by sharing market insights and customer feedback with management.
3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
o Deliver exceptional customer service during all touchpoints including enquiries, visits, onboarding, and after-sales engagement.
o Build long-term relationships with high-value clients, corporate partners, and referral networks.
o Manage client expectations professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.
o Support retention strategies, including renewal programs, membership upgrades, and referral initiatives.
4. Market Presence & Brand Promotion
o Represent REN Wellness Retreat at industry events, trade shows, roadshows, seminars, online campaigns, and networking sessions.
o Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team on campaigns, content ideas, promotions, and sales tools.
o Support brand awareness efforts by providing strong sales narratives, testimonials, and case studies.
5. Operation, Process & Compliance
o Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of bookings, experiences, and customer programs.
o Ensure adherence to sales SOPs including contract preparation, customer consent, quotation, invoicing, payment collection, and CRM updates.
o Prepare necessary sales materials such as proposals, brochures, product info, and product decks.
o Perform any other duties assigned by Management to support company growth and operational success.
Requirements
Education
o Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Manage Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, Wellness, or related field.
Experience:
o Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in wellness, medical aesthetics, hospitality, leisure, or related industries.
o Comfortable with occasional travel for work-related activities.
o Able to support business needs during weekends or extended hours when necessary.
o Dedicated to upholding high service standards in line with REN Wellness’ expectations
Skills:
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—both verbal and written.
o Strong interpersonal abilities with talent for building rapport and nurturing relationships.
o Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
o Resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
o Familiarity with wellness concepts, holistic health, hospitality, leisure or retreat industries is an advantage.
o Willingness to travel locally or regionally when required.
o Available to work weekends or outside normal hours during events or peak sales periods.
