Job Description

HR Department

Maintain and update HR profile

Assist in Work Schedule Preparation

Data Entry and Record Management

Assist in organizing HR-related activities such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and company events.

Admin Department

Assist in reception and visitor handling.

Support badge, office supplies, and uniform management.

Assist with mail, courier, and document handling.

Support administrative expense claims and basic reporting.

Assist in transportation, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.

Diploma / Degree Courses in Business Management or related field.

IT Department

Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and access points

Support the monitoring of network performance and availability.

Troubleshoot network-related issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi) under supervision.

Diploma / Degree Courses in IT / Software or related field.

Purchasing Department

Assist in sourcing suppliers for required goods/services.

Prepare Purchase Order through system (SAP).

Support monitor orders, delivery schedules, working with internal teams.

Diploma / Degree Courses in Procurement / Supply Chain Management or related field.

Quality Department

Assist in monitoring product quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Support QC inspection activities and daily quality checks.

Assist in quality documentation and record-keeping (ISO / internal requirements).

Support preparation of basic quality reports and data collection.

Assist in handling samples, inspections, and quality improvement activities.

Support internal coordination with production on quality-related matters.

Diploma / Degree Courses in Science or related field.

Warehouse Department (Inventory Control)

Assist in inventory record updates and daily stock monitoring.

Support stock take activities and basic inventory data analysis.

Assist in receiving, labeling, and checking incoming materials.

Support attendance records, document filing, and stationery requests for the warehouse.

Assist in preparing basic warehouse reports and data updates.

Support 7S activities to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Warehouse Department (Logistic)

Assist in shipment arrangement for delivery and collection.

Support import and export documentation and customs-related processes.

Assist in courier arrangements, payment requests, and SAP data entry.

Support tracking of delivery schedules and shipment status.

Assist in report preparation and logistics data updates.

Support filing and management of shipping documents.

Diploma / Degree Courses Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field.
