Job Description:

Market Research

Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and industry trends to support informed decision-making.

Supplier & Vendor Management

Manage relationships with supplier and installers to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral (indoor & outdoor)

Coordinate with creative agencies and suppliers for the production and distribution of marketing materials (eg. billboards & brochures)

Marketing Campaigns

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Plan and manage a yearly marketing calendar for campaigns, launches and promotion

Set budgtes for marketing and sales initiatives and ensure efficient spending.

Supervise the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including billboards, hoardings, buntings, banners, brochures, and posters.

Partnerships & Events

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including event organizers, media agencies, and third-party service providers.

Organize and support launches, roadshows, client appreciation event, marketing event and corporate functions, ensuring effective execution and customer engagement.

Digital & Creative Initiatives

Oversee CGI production for marketing visuals

Manager and update the company website, google map to ensure consistency with

Optimize online presence through search engine optimization and paid search campaigns

Set up targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients

Develop regular marketing performance reports and conduct analyses to refine strategies

Client Management

Handle sales inquiries by providing timely information and support to potential clients.

Assist in preparing Sales Kit presentations and related materials to enhance client interactions.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and submit reports to local authorities on a quarterly basis.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related qualifications in Property Development Industry.

At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field for Junior level, and 3 to 5 years for Senior Executive level.

Experienced candidates may be considered for higher positions based on skills and achievements.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
