Job Description
PROJECT ENGINEER(C&S, M&E, Archi)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Execute projects in accordance with the approved master programme using Microsoft Project Online, ensuring schedules, costs, and quality standards are met.
Plan, monitor, and maintain daily site progress, including supervising subcontractors, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining proper site records.
Review structural and shop drawings, prepare and submit RFIs to consultants, and ensure timely submission of shop drawings, material samples, and As-Built drawings.
Vet and implement approved method statements and work instructions, ensuring adherence to project schedules, cost controls, and quality plans.
Coordinate and lead subcontractor meetings, and attend technical coordination meetings with clients and consultants to resolve interface issues.
Develop detailed project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), task lists, and work effort assessments for each construction stage.
Monitor project performance, schedules, and risk management plans using qualitative and quantitative analysis, and recommend corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
Prepare, update, and forecast project schedules using actual site data, and provide regular internal and external progress reports to management.
Identify changes in project scope and work closely with clients to reassess, renegotiate, and amend project responsibilities, proposals, contracts, and budgets as necessary.
SITE SUPERVISOR (C&S, M&E, Archi)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Assist the Project Engineer in supervising and inspecting work on site.
Ensure all building materials and site works are properly handled, stored, and protected.
Monitor the progress and quality of work carried out by sub-contractors.
Report any non-conformance related to workmanship or materials to the Project Engineer.
Prepare and submit the daily site report.
Ensure the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) procedures at the site.
Receive, inspect, and verify the building materials delivered to the site.
Ensure that all safety measures are effectively implemented and maintained on site.
Verify that sub-contractors use only materials approved by the consultant.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Construction Management or equivalent.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
Candidates with prior experience in high-rise residential projects are strongly encouraged to apply, as this background will be highly valuable for our upcoming developments.
Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, Primavera
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)
While the full main contractor team is still being set up, experienced land surveyors, safety personnel, site clerks, and other site-based professionals are welcome to apply as well.
As the project is located outstation (Cameron Highland), an outstation allowance will be provided to subsidies/cover staff accommodation rental costs.
