Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily employee attendance recording and tracking.

Process and update employee leave applications.

Check, maintain, and update employee certifications and license validity.

Coordinate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) ordering and issuance.

Assist in preparing production-related documents and reports.

Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth production operations.

Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting).

Able to communicate and write in Chinese (required).

Strong attention to detail, good organization skills, and ability to work independently.

Prior experience in administrative or production coordination roles will be an added advantage.
