What you'll be doing

Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes following recipes and instructions

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace

Contribute to the efficient running of the kitchen by carrying out tasks as directed by the Head Chef and Sous Chefs

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation

Demonstrate a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality culinary experiences

What we're looking for

Formal culinary training or a minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment

Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

A flexible and adaptable approach to work
