Job Description

What you'll be doing

· Present the company profile to potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing requirements and handling complaints effectively.

· Prepare and manage sales and purchase documents such as quotations, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), commercial invoices, certificates of origin (CO), and contracts.

· Generate and manage e-Invoicing system in compliance with government requirements.

· Ensure accurate Sales and Services Tax (SST) handling, reporting, and documentation in accordance with Customs Department regulations.

· Compare supplier offers, evaluate quality, and track both local and international orders/containers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

· Plan and coordinate transport and delivery schedules while managing full import/export documentation.

· Liaise with internal departments, including Finance, to ensure smooth processing of invoices, payments, and the overall purchasing cycle.

· Coordinate with Finance for invoice issuance and payment advice, and follow up on outstanding payments from customers.

· Develop and maintain a sale and purchasing database for better tracking, and contribute to improving internal workflows and documentation processes.

· Update internal systems (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Excel) to reflect real-time information on order status and inventory.

· Perform additional sales and purchasing-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.


What we're looking for

· Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

· ISO Certificate holder: IMS Internal Auditor – ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018

· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

· Have good knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

· Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office.

· Analytical, meticulous, well organized and possess a strong work ethic.

· Mature, pleasant personality with good disposition.
