Job Summary
As the venue Operations Manager, you will work alongside the General Manager to manage day-to-day operations of F&B & the entire venue. Your role will include supporting staff training, maintaining inventory, and assisting in creating a welcoming environment. This position is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality management and a passion for food and beverage service + fun and motivated leader.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising and supporting the food and beverage & operation team to deliver excellent service.

Help manage inventory, including ordering and stock control for food and beverages.

Assist in scheduling and training staff to ensure consistency and quality in service.

Monitor food and drink presentation, ensuring it meets Carousel & Co.'s standards.

Address guest inquiries and handle service issues in a professional manner.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement promotions and enhance guest experience.

Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in an Operations Manager or Assistant role within the hospitality or F&B industry is preferred.

Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Organizational Skills: Capable of managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of F&B Operations: Familiarity with food and beverage service standards.
