Job Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager Manager supports the Sales & Event Manager by managing client accounts, assisting in driving revenue growth, and coordinating event delivery. This role is a vital link between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales & Event Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Manage assigned client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.

Handle client inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.

Track sales performance and maintain CRM records.

Assist in creating promotional packages and seasonal offers.

Guide and support junior team members when required.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of account management or sales experience in hospitality or events.

Sales skils: Ability to achieve departmental targets.

Customer Service: Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and teams.

Organizational Skills: Capable of managing clients to build strong relationships.

Knowledge of F&B Operations: Familiarity with food and beverage service standards.

Availability: Flexible schedule for events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
