What you'll be doing

Manage and direct the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms, public areas and other hotel facilities are cleaned to the highest standard

Develop and implement efficient housekeeping policies, procedures and schedules

Oversee the procurement, storage and inventory of all housekeeping supplies and equipment

Provide training and support to the housekeeping team to continuously improve their skills and productivity

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Monitor and report on housekeeping performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years' experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a senior housekeeping supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficient in modern housekeeping practices, including the use of cleaning equipment and supplies

Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with guests and other departments

Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
