Job Responsibilities:

1.Clarify supplier development needs, identify and evaluate potential suppliers, develop qualified suppliers according to the development process, and introduce them in a timely manner.

2.Responsible for the planning and management of supplier resources and the daily maintenance of supplier relationships.

3.Responsible for the specific implementation of supplier performance management, supervising the improvement of supplier quality and delivery time.

4.Inquire, core, and negotiate price of procurement materials to optimize supplier resources and procurement costs.

5.Control costs through analyzing procurement cost amount, structure, trend and other relevant data.

6.Identify and analyze potential risk points in the procurement process, strengthen process tracking and control.

7.Complete organizational goals and other tasks assigned by superiors.



Job Requirements:

Education & Background

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration and other related disciplines.

Industry Knowledge

Familiarity with the industry and a solid understanding of the company’s products and technical requirements.

Procurement Expertise

0-3 years experience in similar industry. Strong knowledge of supplier evaluation processes, price negotiation strategies, and supplier relationship management.

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in SAP or other ERP systems.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
