About the role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Executive – Sales to join our team to support project sales activities by developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, enjoy working on project-based environments, and are eager to grow their career in the furniture and interior industry.

What you’ll be doing

Assist in identifying and developing new project sales opportunities through prospecting and client follow-ups

Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and potential leads to support sales growth

Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients, including developers, contractors, designers, and consultants

Understand clients’ project requirements and propose suitable customised furniture solutions

Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic tender documentation

Coordinate closely with design, production, and project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery

Attend site visits, meetings, and inspections when required

Follow up on project progress, client feedback, and payment collections

Prepare regular sales updates and reports for management review

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle



What We're Looking For

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or project sales, preferably within customised furniture, interior design, cabinetry, or related industries

Basic knowledge of project workflow and tender processes will be an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients

Strong follow-up skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams

Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Willingness to attend site visits when required

Committed to delivering good customer service and building long-term client relationships
