About the role
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to support site operations, verify deliveries, coordinate installation works, and ensure quality standards are met. You will assist with site documentation, attend meetings, and manage handovers and defect rectifications.



What you’ll be doing
Ensure the quantity of material delivered to site is according to Delivery Order/Packaging List. Immediately highlight for any damages, shortage or item discrepancy.

Assist Project Manager during mock-up stage. Check all installation works setting out are based on approved shop drawings by the Client / Architect.

Execute site installation works as planned by Project Manager.

Attend site meeting as and when required.

Submit daily reports (e.g., manpower report, work progress, building graph progress) to Project Manager.

Prepare site related documents such as Site Measurements, Obstruction Reports, etc.

Ensure quality and standards are met during installation works.

Manage and coordinate handover inspection and defects rectification.

Any other ad-hoc assignment assigns by Management.



What We're Looking For
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good technical knowledge.

Capable of supervising and monitor a team of workers at the construction site.

Ability to work independently, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Must possess Own Transport.
