About the role

We are looking for Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic Home Living Space Project Team! If you have a passion for creating functional, stylish, and innovative home interiors, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of transformative projects that redefine living spaces.



What you’ll be doing

Develop high-quality, precise interior design drawings (2D & 3D, mock-ups, shop drawings, as-built drawings, etc.)

Work closely with the project, sales, and site teams to ensure design concepts align with client needs and industry trends

Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to final execution, ensuring a seamless experience for homeowners

Provide creative space planning solutions to maximize functionality, aesthetics, and comfort in home interiors.

Cross-check and review drawings prepared by junior designers to maintain zero-error standards

Guide and mentor junior designers, sharing expertise on planning, materials, and design execution

Keep up to date with trends in home living space design, including color schemes, lighting, and furniture selections

Attend client meetings, design presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements and provide solutions

Maintain accurate progress updates in the Joget system and submit reports to management



What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D design software

Min 3 years of proven experience in space planning, design execution, and generating detailed section drawings

Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality, error-free drawings with precision

Experience in coaching and guiding junior designers

Ability to handle client interactions and manage projects independently from concept to completion

Hands-on experience in consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions

Technical & Aesthetic Skills: Strong understanding of layout, color schemes, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations

A keen eye for design, innovation, and aesthetics

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
