Job Responsibilities

Create professional and quality communications materials for both internal and external audiences, such as posters, banners, brochures, newsletters, invitations.

Travel to various project sites to capture high-quality photos and videos that accurately represent project progress, completion, and key milestones for marketing and branding purposes.

Manage the company's social media pages (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn) and create contents for project showcases, social media engagement, and corporate branding.

Stay updated with design trends and integrate fresh, creative ideas into marketing content;

Provide event support, including marketing materials, scheduling, organizing and event on-site assistance.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and digital engagement.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields.

At least 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, marketing, or content creation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar).

Strong photography and videography skills for capturing high-quality visual content.

Fluency in English (Mandarin language proficiency is a plus).

Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Strong communication and a willing to learn.

Ability to manage multiple design projects and meeting tight deadlines.

Willing to travel (approximately 20%) and may include occasional outstation travelling .
