Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell chicken manure, fertiliser products and liquid egg products. This role focuses on expanding our customer base, strengthening existing relationships and growing market presence across assigned regions.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in agriculture or related industries and be comfortable with field sales, customer engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities to develop a diversified sales portfolio

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions to maintain a competitive market edge

Prepare and present professional sales proposals including new business opportunities, customer insights, market trends and future buying trends

Maintain accurate customer records and sales data, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals

Provide excellent post-sales support and customer service to ensure long-term business relationships

Collaborate with the wider team to achieve individual and company sales targets

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a related industry (preferably agronomy, agriculture, farm services, fertilisers, or FMCG)

Sales coverage area includes Perak, Pahang, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, and Melaka (Northern & Southern regions)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Self-motivated, target-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Knowledge of the local agronomy and farm services market is an added advantage

Willingness to travel for field sales
