We are seeking a proactive Procurement & Production Planning Executive to manage raw material sourcing, production scheduling, and coordination with production teams. This role also covers purchasing for non-production needs such as office supplies, marketing materials, and other operational requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring that materials are delivered on time, production runs smoothly, and orders are fulfilled without delays.

Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts, orders, and inventory levels.

Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials and packaging in line with quality, cost, and timeline requirements.

Coordinate production timelines with production teams.

Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and compliance.

Liaise with QA/QC teams to ensure supplier and material compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, MESTI, and Halal standards.

Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery.

Manage procurement for non-production activities including office supplies, marketing materials, and other operational requirements.

Maintain procurement records, contracts, and production schedules.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on procurement and production planning status.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Food Technology, or related field.

Fresh Graduate or Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in procurement and production planning, preferably in food/FMCG manufacturing.

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of food safety and quality compliance in procurement.

Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

English and Malay proficiency is required; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
