Your responsibilities will be :

1. Financial Administration

- Verify daily carpark collection reports and reconcile with system data.

- Review and submit monthly revenue reports, season pass collections, and contractor/utilities/management office invoices.

- Assist Finance in audit documentation and ensure proper record keeping of all transactions.

- Data entry in IFCA system and updates with Finance team.

2. Customer & Tenant Support

- Handle season parking applications, renewals, and payment matters for tenants and customers.

- Respond to inquiries and resolve parking-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Coordinate with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

3. Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain accurate documentation of carpark operations, maintenance logs, and financial records.

- Prepare weekly and monthly operational summaries for management review.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and local authority requirements.



To be eligible for this role:

* Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, or related field.

* Able to be based at YouCity, Cheras.
