Job Description :

Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and long-term business profitability.

Lead the identification, evaluation, and development of new business opportunities, from the startup phase through full operationalization.

Establish revenue targets, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks to ensure achievement of business objectives.

Provide overall leadership for the operations, performance, and financial outcomes of new and existing businesses.

Work with other Heads to strategize, optimize resource utilization, and enhance execution efficiency.

Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to proactively propose new businesses and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Report on financial and operational performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to management.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.



Requirements :

Diploma/Degree in Business Admin/Finance/International Business

Minimum 10 years relevant working experience, exposure in running retail business is an advantage
