Job Responsibilities

Promote hire purchase / auto financing products to used car buyers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with used car dealers to increase loan volume.

Provide product information, interest rates, and financing options to customers and dealers.

Assist customers in completing loan applications and collect required documents.

Coordinate with internal teams to track application status and updates.

Update customers and dealers on loan approval, rejection, and disbursement progress.

Handle customer and dealer inquiries related to loan products.

Conduct regular dealer visits to strengthen partnerships and drive sales.

Monitor competitor loan packages and market trends.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.

Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Provide support on ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM); Diploma or higher preferred.

1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in auto financing, hire purchase, or automotive industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and dealers.

Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales goals.

Ability to build and maintain dealer relationships.

Basic understanding of hire purchase / auto loan products.

Organized and detail-oriented to handle documentation and follow-ups.

Willingness to travel regularly to dealer locations.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
