Job Scope

Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the cardiac portfolio to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

Oversee key accounts, hospitals, cardiologists, and provide clinical support during procedures, product demonstrations, and trials.

Coordinate sales activities across local and regional markets to ensure consistent execution and alignment with business goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.

Manage tenders, pricing, and contracts while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare comprehensive reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Business, or related field.

2–5 years’ experience in cardiac or medical device sales, preferably in hospitals.

Knowledge of cardiovascular products, procedures, and hospital workflows.

Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and tender processes is a plus.
