Job Scopes

Coordinate with outsourced warehouse on stock receiving, storage, and dispatch

Monitor and update inventory records based on warehouse reports

Handle logistics coordination for product deliveries from overseas suppliers to local warehouse

Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and warehouse operators on delivery schedules and issues

Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to warehouse or customers

Prepare and manage logistics and shipping documents (PO, DO, invoice, packing list, etc.)

Perform data entry, filing, and documentation control (physical & digital)

Handle basic office administration (coordination, records, support tasks)

Support ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as required



Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields

Basic knowledge of logistics or inventory management (training will be provided)

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible

Good communication skills and ability to liaise with external parties

Mandarin-speaking candidates are an added advantage
