Job Scopes

Assist in planning, coordinating & executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Conduct market research and provide insights to support the creation of marketing plans, content, and other marketing materials

Track and analyze campaign results; prepare simple reports and recommendations for improvements

Manage and update company social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers

Develop and implement specific marketing plans or projects as required, working with internal teams and external partners

Perform other marketing-related duties or cross-departmental tasks as assigned including ad-hoc projects when needed



Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication, or related fields

Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital marketing

Familiar with social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

Able to create simple content (copywriting, visuals, or basic video ideas)

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Creative, proactive, and willing to learn

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
