Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Performance

Achieve monthly and yearly retail sales targets for the assigned region.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Monitor branch performance (daily/weekly/monthly) and take corrective actions where needed.

Drive promotions and campaigns to boost branch sales and customer traffic.

Front liners Management & Operations

Ensure branches/service centers compliance with company policies, SOPs, pricing structures, and service standards.

Conduct regular branch visits to supervise sales & operations, staff performance, and customer experience.

Lead, coach, and motivate front-liners

Conduct performance reviews, training needs analysis, and staff development plans.

Foster a strong sales culture and team morale within the region.

Customer Relationship Management

Handle customer escalations and resolve service issues promptly.

Monitor customer satisfaction and propose initiatives for improvement.

Identify new retail opportunities, potential locations, and partnership channels.

Provide feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.

Support new branch opening, refurbishment, or relocation projects.

Reporting & Analysis. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analyses for management review.

Present insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science or related field.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in retail sales management or multi-branch supervision.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Good analytical and strategic thinking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

High energy, results-driven, and customer-focused.

Ability to travel frequently within the region.
