Responsible for the development and management of non-production material suppliers, including but not limited to insurance, certification, logistics, equipment maintenance, accessories, and administrative supplies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cost analysis, price benchmarking, contract clause negotiation, and manage the signing and execution of procurement contracts.

Create and manage purchase orders in SAP / SRM, issue orders based on approved purchase requests and quotations, and track orders through completion.

Follow up on supplier invoices, manage accounts payable, and initiate supplier payment requests.

Coordinate and resolve exceptional or urgent issues related to procurement.

Complete additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above with minimum 3 years of experience in indirect procurement, and a solid understanding of procurement processes.

Experience managing indirect procurement categories, including procurement management, contract management, and bidding processes.

Proficient in SAP / ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Project management experience, with hands-on involvement in leading at least 3 large-scale projects.
