Job Description – Kitting & Documentation Specialist (Forklift Required)

Reporting To : Warehouse Supervisor
Salary : MYR 2,500 – 3,500 per month (Forklift Required)

Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Position Overview
The Kitting & Documentation Specialist is responsible for preparing material kits for production, handling related documentation, and ensuring accurate material movement within the warehouse and production areas. This role supports smooth production flow by maintaining material accuracy, traceability, and compliance with FTZ and internal control requirements.

Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and issue material kits according to production schedules and work orders.

· Ensure correct parts, quantities, and documentation are issued for each production order.

· Operate forklift for material movement, loading, unloading, and storage activities.

· Maintain accurate kitting records, material issuance logs, and related documentation.

· Ensure FIFO control and proper material identification and labeling.

· Support inventory accuracy through proper handling and documentation.

· Comply with FTZ regulations, safety requirements, and company procedures.

Technical & Job Requirements
· Forklift license is mandatory and must be valid.

· Experience in kitting, material handling, or warehouse operations is preferred.

· Basic understanding of production materials, BOMs, and work orders.

· Ability to perform accurate documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications & Experience
· SPM, Certificate, or Diploma qualification.

· Relevant working experience in manufacturing or FTZ environment is an advantage.

· Experience operating forklift in warehouse or production environment.

Language Requirement
Preferred candidates should be able to communicate effectively in the following languages:

· English

· Bahasa Malaysia

Additional Requirements
· Able to follow instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision.

· Physically fit to handle warehouse and material handling activities.

· Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
