Job Responsibilities
Cost Control & Optimization:

Responsible for full-cycle cost management of data center projects, including CAPEX/OPEX cost control and dynamic cost tracking.

Cross-departmental collaboration

Liaise with international suppliers/contractors, lead VO review and negotiation during project execution phase, and manage general contractor settlement.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare monthly dynamic cost analysis reports.

Review monthly project progress valuation and payment certificates.



Job Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in data center/real estate cost management

Experience with hyperscale data centers, industrial parks or commercial buildings is preferred

Familiar with cost management tools (e.g. Glodon) and tender procurement processes.

Excellent data analysis skills with ability to drive decisions through cost data.

Strong learning ability and sensitivity to emerging trends (e.g. green data centers, modular construction).

Due to the need to prepare reports and conduct cross-border communication, working proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Thai/Malay is a plus.
