Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide daily support for SAP SD module related to order processing

Troubleshoot errors and support end users on system-related issues

Coordinate with IT department for issue escalation and resolution to ensure transaction accuracy and system stability

Conduct UAT testing to ensure smooth & accurate process flow

Ensure alignment between business process and system configuration

Serve as a role model and advocate for the company’s culture and values both internally and externally.

Support ad-hoc projects and provide expertise as needed.



Education & Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field

Experience in SAP SD module for order processing transactions

Familiarity with Excel, Boost Order, Havi, Outlook, and Teams

Experience & Years of Service

Hands-on experience in SAP SD module, particularly in sales order processing and related transactions.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).

Familiar with Boost Order system and Havi ordering platform is an added advantage.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

Detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, and possess good communication skills.



Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with budgeting/tracking tools.

· Familiarity with trade marketing tools and POSM execution processes.

· Knowledge of A&P budgeting and promotional mechanics.

· Basic understanding of market analysis and customer segmentation.

· Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com) is a bonus.

· Budget management



Competencies

SAP: Competent in handling end to end daily transactions, master data understanding, system troubleshooting

Excel: Skilled in data entry, tracking, and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams

Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Teams: Effective communication and coordination with branches.

Attention to detail and good time management
